Library Material Agreement
Checkout
- Checkout period is 14 days for books, audio books, and CDs
- Checkout period is 7 days for DVDs (maximum 5 items)
- Checkout period is 7 days for Hotspots
- Checkout period is 7 days for Chromebooks
- You may return books and DVDs to any Cannon County Library location or book drop (Adams Memorial Library or Auburntown Branch Library)
- Hotspots and Chromebooks must be returned to the Circulation Desk during hours of operation
- Library card is required to checkout items and library accounts must be in good standing

Renewals
- You may renew books, audio books, and CDs 2 times, if there are no pending holds
- You may renew movies once if there are no pending holds
- You may renew your materials by calling Adams Memorial Library during business hours and if answered by a clerk by phone (please, no messages)
- Items cannot be renewed when your card is not is good standing or when there is a hold on the item.

Holds
Items On Hold must be checked out with the patron's library card the hold is for; therefore, when picking up an item for someone else, be sure to have their library card. All items must be checked out with a library card.

Overdue Fees
- Books, audio books, and CDs: 10¢ per item, per day.
- Movies: $1 per item, per day.
